Everything was very clean and well- maintained. The staff were dignified and courteous, very helpful, and spoke English well. The pool was really nice and the fact that it was open long hours was a huge plus for me

The hotel is a newly built hotel. The inside is very modern and clean. We stayed in the Bontanik Suite as a family of 4 adults. There were 2 bedrooms and the space was very spacious. Perfect place to stay in Seoul. Proximity to old downtown and hip spots for shopping. The Suit was spacious. Hotel breakfast is cooked with fresh vegetables & fruits. It was a real pleasure to stay here.
