Stayed here back in November 2025, the stay itself was ok, room not huge, but had all you needed. On check in they explained they take a $300 deposit which is refundable after 21 days. DoubleTree by Hilton New York Downtown
Overall this property did what i needed it to do. Didn't smell like smoke and it was quiet and everyone was professional and reapectful. It was close to everywhere we needed to go which was a major plus too.

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
Check-in was easy. Mohammed at the front desk was pleasant and able to get us into the room early. Good location next to Penn Station. No problems at all.
