"Friendly staff - 1 struggle w English, other 2 very good. Guess Owner, old lady always there with smile, she can’t speak English. Free coffee and tea and water at reception through out the day. Check out 6.30am and simple take away breakfast (sandwich ham w cheese n drinks n snacks) ready."

"Honestly, this is nothing special for the price. The WiFi does NOT work. The smell of sewer was coming out of my bathroom and sticking the room. The breakfast is subpar. I would not stay here again. Only good thing they have is the location."

"This is such a beautiful hotel, the rooms were stunning and everyone was so friendly starting from the desk to the people working at the restaurant. Location of the hotel is just perfect to walk to Gabriela’s Mistral museum and take a stroll at the plaza. The food at the restaurant was excellent with detailed presentation of each plate and so delicious. My wife and I will definitely return and we recommend this anyone coming to Vicuña!"
