“Recently refreshed property. Definitely get the "mom and pop" feel, in a good way. Rooms are not overly spacious, but very clean and functional. The heated outdoor pool was a plus and every staff member we ran into, ask how are stay was and if they could do anything. Short ride from the Elroy/Sparta trail and 10min walk to many food/drink choices. Will stay here again on our next trip to Sparta.”

“My only complaint was I had asked in advance if I could check in early and was told I could and when I showed up they said I still could but it was going to be $20.00 to check in 15 minutes early… I had to, but it was a little ridiculous. Next time, you should inform the guests ahead of time.”

“Had to ask for clean linen because the bedding looked dirty and not changed. Pool area was down. So no pool, no hot tub. Wasn’t aware as they never told us. Breakfast they offer is a joke. Everytime I went down they had 2-3 packages of plain oatmeal, barely any milk or cereal and a half loaf of bread that sat there for almost the 2 weeks I had stayed here in total. Half the time the front desk was left unattended and never could find a worker. Place is disgusting. The only positive thing was the……

“I would not recommend this resort to families at all. We paid a good price to stay here and the water park which was set to open at 9am was still not open at 11. A visiting family told us that they had been there for 3 days and this has happened to them each day. The room was filthy! Hair on all of our bedsheets, hair, dirt and crumbs behind each bed, wet sheets for the pull out couch in the dresser with no blankets. Microwave was filthy, stuff splattered all over. Shower curtain was ripped,……
