BEST hotel of all! Paul the manager and his staff really gave their all to make my son who is disabled comfortable. They let him stay in a room specifically for a disabled person and my son loved it so much he didn't want to leave! We will definitely be back.

Best Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. Impeccably clean and the staff was probably the friendliest I've ever had in any hotel. I can't remember his name but he was working the afternoon of Sunday, 3/3. He was so friendly and recommended many dining/shopping options in the area. The pool was saltwater and so warm! Breakfast was great. This will be our go-to hotel when we come back to La Crosse!

We stayed in the Alexander Suite, which was ideal for us. King size bed, Victorian charm, tidy bathroom with tub, shower and amenities. Enjoyed the Watkins lotion. We enjoyed Don’s patient explanations of the history of the home and community. He also provided us with excellent recommendations for dinner and complimentary tickets to a surprisingly outstanding museum. It was snowing and in the morning Don cleaned off our car before breakfast so we were all set to go. We have no complaints about anything.

The only thing that wasn't excellent is the breakfast. It was only so. The French toast sticks were still frozen. For example. There was not a lot of fruit variety. But, it sufficed. Otherwise it was a very nice hotel. Clean, very good staff, and safe. I would stay here again!
