"HelloI gave it a “4” star rating based on the flight of stairs. Four seniors trudging up the flight and half was difficult at times. We were made aware of the second floor apartment but didn’t think we would climb 24 steps up.. normal is 14.Nonetheless..the accommodations were as shown. Very clean. "The pictures of the place made it look big fr er than it was. Not a huge deal. The ac unit installed in the wall had gaps you could see outside through leaving us to the mercy of tomah mosquitos all night. The door was janky and wouldnt close unless you locked it. The shower/tub has a broken shower actuator. Stayed in worse, but usually stay in better. Not going back."

"The owner, Chris, is great! Really good about answering emails. The apartment is cute and well stocked with kitchen equipment. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating of the check-in service, was that when we arrived and entered the apartment, it had not been cleaned. Managed to get ahold of Chris and was immediately assigned another apartment. Enjoyed the rest of our stay!!!"

"The room was very clean and huge!! Very impressed!! Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. It was very quiet at night. They are pet friendly. Our little guy stayed with us The staff was very nice and friendly. The lobby was decorated very cute!! Breakfast had sausage and biscuits! My favorite. That was an added bonus. Eggs and waffles also. And the other usual stuff. Hot coffee was available 24 hrs! And the coffee was amazingly good!! Close to everything we wanted to do. Parking lot was nicely lit up at night! Felt very safe while walking my dog in the middle of the night. We would definitely stay again if traveling to that area! "
