“After I made the booking via Expedia, I got a welcome email from the hotel in French but the dates of my stay they mentioned where wrong (July 2019). I contacted them to rectify the dates and number of but they did not answer. I asked a colleague from the conference to check with the hotel and after I sent 2 email, the replied. Secondly, I asked for a low pilow and an electric but I never go them. I aked one of the receptionists to give me a ride to the airport like other guests but she……

“Reseptionin neiti oli miellyttävä ja ammattitaitoinen. Muut repeptionistit eivät. Hirveää meteliä koko ajan. Porausta seiniin, hakkaamisen ääntä ja lattiaa pitkin siirrettävien tavaroiden kirskuntaa.”
