On the ground floor of Villa Biance there is a large living room connected to the dining room and kitchen. A glass rock separates the indoor space from the outdoor area, where you will be able to enjoy the outdoor kitchen, sundeck and pool. Prepare a delicious meal on the outdoor grill or enjoy a sun lounger by the pool with a good book. On the ground floor there is one bedroom with private bathroom and one guest toilet.Upstairs are 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own spacious bathroom and exit to the balcony where there is a jacuzzi and sauna.
