“Hotel feels very old and the rooms definitely need some refurbishment works/ upgrading. The room looks a lot better on photos than in actual. The bath mat really should go because it is made of many tiny rubbery / plastic spikes that have broken and they hurt our feet. Service staff were polite and helpful, but they were not aware of our booking which was paid when we arrived late at night. They dont seem familiar with the system and spent quite awhile seaching for our booking. Breakfast……

“Our stay was not great. Our reservation couldn't be found so check-in was long. But finally got our rooms. One room didn't have AC, we changed. Then the room had no tv remote and the door didn't lock, but I kept it because the AC worked. Had an okay night despite the people talking outside our window until late at night. Breakfast was okay but all cold. At check out, he hotel asked for us to pay again as seemingly Expedia doesn't pay them. I refused and asked that they contact Expedia to……
