The room is spacious and have a luxurious modern decoration throughout especially the bathroom with double sinks and lightings. A special shout out to the club lounge staffs who are all very attentive and meet all our needs throughout our stay. They all have gone higher and beyond our expectations in remembering our names and what we have ordered previously. They have made our short stay extra special by preparing some small goodbye gifts for us based on our casual conversation that this is our first visit to Kazakhstan. This is very much appreciated and cherished. My bathroom had a shade with spaces on each side where I could see out to the shed and several times saw the employee going in and out of the shed. I never felt comfortable in the bathroom or shower. Conscierge Arman booked a trip to a smaller city. Kamilla, from that small city, wrote descriptions of sites and made helpful recommendations. Damili from that small city, supported with advice.
