1. Coffee machine didn’t make hot coffee in the room
2. Breakfast buffet hot food wasn’t hot
3. Iron had material stuck to face. I asked for a replacement at front desk. The lady said of course but no replacement sent
4. The floor creaked above our heads so we were aware of noise from other rooms.
5. Bar food was good quality but the price of extras / sides was excessive. Sirloin steak dinner for two became over priced for what it was.
6. General take away from the experience was disappointment and that it was over priced for what was supplied
I don’t think I will stay again or recommend to family/friends
