Welcome to your perfect beach getaway on Oak Island, NC! Located on a quiet street just a short 3-minute walk from miles of sandy shoreline, this 2023 newly built one level 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience and coastal relaxation. An elevator and a private pool as well as all brand-new appliances and furnishings make this rental home inviting and unique.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting interior, thoughtfully designed to accommodate your every need. The open-concept living area is furnished with coastal decor, creating a serene atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Gather around for cozy evenings with loved ones, and sink into plush sofas while enjoying your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. High speed Wi-Fi is provided to allow you to stream your favorite subscriptions.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and quartz counter tops. The optional pull-out extension built into the dining table allows seating for 10 people. The dry bar sports an under the counter ice maker with a filtered water supply and a stand-alone beverage cooler.
When it comes time to rest, retreat to one of four bedrooms, each offering a peaceful sanctuary for a restful night's sleep. All four bedrooms have wall-mounted flat screen TVs. The first of 2 primary bedrooms has a vaulted ceiling and features a master suite with a luxurious king-sized bed. The adjacent private en-suite bathroom is highlighted by a spacious walk-in shower, a vanity with double sinks in a quartz counter top and a walk-in closet. A second primary bedroom is strategically located off the back deck. The high ceiling above the king-sized bed and the view through the sliding glass door make this area a retreat on its own accord. A walk-in closet provides plentiful storage. The adjacent en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower and double sinks in a quartz counter top. The white wrought iron queen-sized bed highlights the other back bedroom. Lastly, the bunk room for the kids has 4 twin beds and is decorated in a fun coastal decor. The third bathroom has a tub for the kids or just a relaxed soak and is located between the bunk and the queen rooms.
The front porch which has seating for two is quiet and peaceful both in the mornings and evenings. The screened-in back deck offers an amazing view of summer sunrises and sunsets. The relaxed seating area on the back deck is also a wonderful place to enjoy the sights and sounds of the tidal marsh and canal. The vibrant marsh-view is a nature lover's delight.
The private fenced-in salt water pool on the north side of the house will accommodate both sun-lovers and shade seekers. Enjoy the pool-side picnic table and a cushioned seating area under the deck. Around the corner from the pool, an enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower is convenient for showering or rinsing off the sand. A gas grill is located conveniently near the pool & picnic area.
