“Had a very nice, relaxing time. Cabin was clean and organized. The road getting to the cabin was off roading so AWD/4WD SUV/Truck is required. The lake was relaxing, the fire pit was great. The dog loved it. Jerry’s is the grocery store in town and was fantastic. Highly recommend. ”

“My family had a wonderful experience staying at Tim and Amy's VRBO as we visited family nearby in Houlton and Monticello. The size of the VRBO was bigger than I expected, and everything was just really nice, well kept and organized. The landscaping around the property was also amazing. I grew up coming to Maine in the summers and the backyard was idyllic - wildflowers, tall grass, a well manicured nature path into the woods, and some deer. So easy to get into Houlton, lots of privacy, great……

“This is an old fashioned camp, but with the update of electricity and indoor plumbing. It maintains that rustic camp life feel with a little more comfort. I will note that this is a bring your own sheets and towels rental. ”

“House is quaint. Enjoyed the wood stove after sitting on the deck playing games on a beautiful autumn day. One brave soul even took the paddle board out around the nearby island to get sunset pictures. Our host was very responsive to our questions. Would stay again if ever in Northern Maine. Would be amazing in the summer!”
