“I booked a one night stay and requested a late check-out during check-in. The receptionist advised that the latest available check-out time was 12:00pm, which was perfectly acceptable.
Unfortunately, there appeared to be a gap in communication regarding that request. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 8:30am. There was no 24 hour coffee available as offered at check in.
Breakfast was late due to staffing issues. No protein offering.
Pool was chlorinated mid day during the summer so it was not available for safe use for 2 hours.
There was a "working girl" in the lobby that approached my husband for "companion services".
Accomodation was acceptable.”
