“Room was spotless, staff mostly very friendly and helpful. Pool area was the crowning glory - clean and modern. Only negative was no plug sockets near the bedside for phone charging. Will def stay again and recommend to friends and family.”

Medewerkster Fatima is zeer onbehoorlijk in haar communicatie doordat ze de niet begrijpt wat er gezegd wordt omdat zij geen Engels spreekt en dan snel boos wordt om helemaal niets. Dat was jammer en ook verdrietig om mee te maken en maakt dat wij niet weer hier zullen boeken. Het overige personeel is super vriendelijk. Ontbijt is zeer……

“I was pleasantly surprised by everything at the Golden club hotel. I'd been slightly worried by some reviews before we arrived but i can honestly say our stay in August was excellent. It's a great 3 star hotel. All the staff were brilliant, my children went to kids club on our last 2 days and loved it, huge thanks to Junior, Andre, Pedro and Vinny, especially Junior who took my daughter under his wing and Pedro who entertained my son. “The room was quiet, the heat pump worked well, the water was hot, the pools were great. Very clean. We had trouble figuring out the cooktop and coffee machine, but the staff patiently taught us. Grocery store down the hill, and huge one at the mall nearby. Walking to Tavira wasn’t very nice, so we drove.”

“The drive up to the resort is an adventure in itself. Winding roads through the hills until suddenly you’re in this peaceful hideaway overlooking Tavira’s countryside. It already feels special before you even arrive. What really made our stay unforgettable though was Fransisco. He’s one of the kindest, most genuine people we’ve ever met while traveling.
