In the district of Moosberg 2 km from the centre of Öblarn, 8 km from the centre of Stein an der Enns, 29 km from the centre of Schladming, in a secluded, elevated position, in the countryside. Private: large garden 600 m2 (fenced) with lawn. In the house: storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, bakery 2.5 km, café 2.5 km, bus stop "Niederöblarn Murbergerweg" 2.4 km, railway station "Öblarn" 2.8 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 25 km. Ski lift 17 km, gondola lift 17 km, ski bus stop 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hauser Kaibling 21 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and Grimming. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot, logs (extra). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Note: Firewood for the kitchen stove Euro 20,-(one time). When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.
