"Hotel descuidado, muebles obsoletos y sin mantenimiento, puede mejorar su atención y servicio al cliente, no cuenta con servicio a la habitación, un día no limpiaron el cuarto y se hizo un upgrade para la suite, a mi parecer no es un hotel de 4 estrellas con estos detalles, importante decir no todo fue malo, el servicio en el bar muy buena atención, servicial y pendiente de las mesas, muy bien el servicio del personal del bar"
