“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the room was immaculately clean, the room service response time is lightening quick. This is luxury and opulence at its finest. Treated like a VIP from start to finish ”

“Hotel was lovely, breakfast fantastic, staff superb. Great shuttle bus to and from airport, less stress. Only two things that could improve - 1. The hotel room itself could do with a refurb, some shabby furniture/wood. 2. Booked a room for 2 people but was given only enough cups, glasses, tea, coffee and robes for one person. Had to request for more everyday. The pool was also closed for refurbishment, would have liked to be notified on booking as wanted to make use of this, only notified on……

“Great staff, but the hotel rooms and furniture were quite dated. Had to change my room right after arriving around bathroom cleanliness issues. I would think that despite the issue with finding pubic hair all over the toilet seat of an otherwise clean room, l would at least be upgraded or at least get a similar sized room. I instead ”

“Since the moment we checked in we were welcomed by Promise Samuel who is always so welcoming. We actually came to Continental Hotel because Promise works there. We followed him from a previous hotel and decided to stay at continental because he is friendly, efficient, and just a pleasure. The hotel staff were also all friendly. Everyone is welcoming and always there to help you with anything that you may need. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and I appreciate the variety of food options that……

“Great value for money! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. It’s a simple place, but it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. I got good discount for staying over a week which I was glad about. One very important part-there is always electricity. I would definitely stay here again.”

“This is my 3rd stay at the Radisson in 4 years. The staff are excellent. Attendant to your needs with great hospitality. The maintenance culture of the Radisson comes through. Overall, given the location, I would rate this as the best hotel in Lagos. A shout out to couple of staff - Ikotu (hope I am spelling that right) and Moji. They are just a few of the excellent staff at the Radisson. ”

“The wheat baker staff are incredible, professional to a hilt and warm and friendly. I arrived in shock to realise that the swimming pool and gym were under reconstruction and the view from my executive suite was an active construction site. The Manager and front desk staff patiently explained that Expedia was aware and it was on their direct site. The only saving grace was the quality of the staff, at each touch point, it was warmth and understanding. In the end, I drew the drapes and kept them……
