"Absolutely shocking. Arrived at 7.20pm. Check in was between 5-8pm. No sign of anyone. Phoned both phone numbers and messaged via hotel.com - no answer from property. Waited there for an hour. We were extremely tired after leaving the UK at 7am!!! Had to find another hotel at ann extra cost. Eventually arrived around 9pm. Hotel owner phoned me at 10.38pm, waking us up, to ask where we were and apologise! What a joke. A formal complaint has been made to hotel.con who were extremely helpful...

"We had an amazing stay here, and wished it was more than 1 night! A stunning and incredibly relaxing property in a beautiful and peaceful location. The kids loved the pool and play equipment (and the horses!); the adults loved the clean, pretty and comfortable family suite, with separate rooms, and a gorgeous bathroom. Incredible hospitality from the hosts, with such a warm welcome, and the best breakfast ever! It was fantastic to have the shared living room/kitchen area to prepare and eat our own food in the evening. Highly recommended and we hope very much to return,"

"Nous avons passé 10 jours très agréable au Clergite en compagnie de nos petits chiens.L'accueil fut aisé car Madame Brûlé est facilement joignable et habite à coté. Très serviable, elle nous a permis d'aménager le petit jardin de façade de façon à le sécuriser pour nos chiens. LE gîte est de plein pied avec une petite marche à l'entrée et pour accéder à la première chambre. Les pièces sont spacieuses et il n'est pas dérangeant de traverser la première chambre pour se rendre dans la deuxième. Nous avons apprécié la douche à l'italienne et le wc séparé de la salle de bain."
