The staff were highly communicative before and during our stay. It is a great location near all the sights of the Old Town. The room was dirty & dusty. The cleaner simply empties the bin and didn't clean our room. I had to prompt her to vacuum. Our booked room was a regular room and when I saw it, it was so disappointing. My daughter & I travel quite often and I can say that it's never a 4 star standard, not even 3 star!...

"Fantastic place to stay. Close proximity to the bazaar and old town. Beaches are only a short 10min walk through the old down. We loved how close it was to the grocery store and playground. At night the area is quite lively. Highly recommend. "

"A wonderful run family hotel. Spotlessly clean. Very friendly. Jacuzzi in the room. Good breakfast with all you can eat. Would definately stay there again if I returned to Ohrid. Checkout was 10am, but for some reason I thought it was 11am. I was taking my time and could see everyone leaving. I pointed I thought it was 11am. No problem they said. I checked out about 10.25am. Super place. Comfy bed too. Piping hot water."

"It is clean and spacious. It’s very close to the beach. There is a bakery and a grocery store close by. The only down side is that there is no washing machine, no oven and the air conditioning does not reach the bedroom. There are lovely doors for the bedrooms that can catch a breeze if there is one. Otherwise it is quite warm and you may want to use the sleeping beds in the living room near the air conditioning."
