“He hotel is really new and nice. However, rooms are too small compared to other older more established properties. The staff was not very helpful due to inexperience. Also, the hotel doesn't offer much concierge service. There are amenities missing in the rooms for example body lotion doesn't exist in the hotel rooms and the hotel doesn't have any body lotion.”

“Location is superb, with a rail station only by a 5 minute walk. Kokusai street area is convenient for transportation options and tours, specially if you don’t have the chance to rent a car. Facilities were ok, felt a little old but nothing horrible, they had a sign indicating that renovations were happening during our stay.
