“Maria, Andrea, Derique and his wife (with a very old dog) were delightful hosts, who made every effort to make a stay pleasant! The hotel is very well located right in the center of the town (a bit challenging to drive to, if you have car!). And, breakfast was always great, with plenty of freshly made cappuccinos.”

“This was a lovely hotel, the room was very spacious with a gorgeous high ceiling. The location was walking distance to the main sights and also Via Etnea, places to eat and supermarkets were near by. There isn't a lift in the hotel but it didn't take away how lovely the hotel was.”

“ The hotel staffer is nice, very helpful and we can communicate with each other in English. The hotel is close to train station and town centre but it takes a little time to locate it. The hotel sign board is quite small and not so easy to identify. There is an Asian restaurant next to the hotel which I enjoy having food there. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the building and there is no elevator. I appreciate and thank that the hotel staffer gives me a helping hand to deliver luggage……

“Assolutamente esperienza da non ripetere. Dalle foto in esposizione non era facile comprendere il vero stato della stanza . I muri scrostati , la finestra della stanza da su una strada piena di traffico, quindi rumorosa . Il bagno sporco e vecchio e un bell' insetto mezzo morto in un angolo della stessa a condire tutto......Solo il personale si è salvato, che al mio diniego di pernottamento è comunque stato gentile. Ho pagato la stanza per una notte e me ne sono andata da un altra parte.”

“The owner is kind who allows me to postpone my booking date even if the refundable date has expired. The room is clean and big, bed is comfortable, the only disadvantage is facing a busy traffic road. I am very disappointed with the breakfast, it is provided in a nearby Cafe store, only includes a cup of coffee and a croissant, I need to pay for extra order and there' s not many food options to choose.”

“The b and b breakfast view was awesome and the breakfast tastes delicious. Staff is very helpful without them we wouldn’t be able to get our car. Overall a really worth stay.”

“A clean, very well equipped apartment on a lovely quiet little street. Looks like a very recent renovation of an historic building. We had a bit of a problem getting in as the instructions were sent very late, and it’s totally automated. However, after that, communication was very good. The electric stopped working and a staff person was there to help within minutes. I would just advise that hotidays send instructions to Expedia at least 24 hrs ahead as not everyone has international calling or……
