Patten Place is a quick 8 minute drive to All Star Village youth baseball tournament park. Enjoy a quiet residential neighborhood while still close to downtown.

Don’t let the exterior fool you on this one, the home is very spacious inside! Enter into the main floor with the eat-in Kitchen overlooking the back yard, a large living room, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths all on one floor, no stairs necessary. The lower level has a 2nd living room great for the kiddos and 2 bedrooms.
