"Our king room was not cleaned and the bed was unmade. No shower gel, bathroom sink was plugged, air conditioning was not working, the bathroom backsplash was unclean, had toothpaste marks on the wall. Horrible!!! We rented two rooms and very expensive for a trashed room."

"Beautiful home, met our needs for a large property with sufficient rooms, beds and bathrooms however the far west bedroom had a foul smell and so we couldn’t use it.
