10/10 Excellent

"Home2 suites is a good option if you want to be near thanksgiving point as it is a very close drive and a passable walk if you’re up for that. While there is not too much to do in the immediate area of the hotel without a car, it’s a nice area to be in. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The gym had a few things to get a workout in, though I didn’t try the pool. While nothing outstanding, the breakfast was free and filling and had a decent selection of warm options. The room itself was nice and spacious with a nice bed and pillows. The bathrooms had everything you would want and need, and can request toothpaste in the lobby in case you forgot your own (along with a small selection of snacks and other items for purchase). The tv had shows and games and the couch and desk space made things practical. Overall my stay was pleasant and if I need to be in the area I’d pick it again."

"They were understaffed. The girl tried really hard to do everything at night, In the morning the staff was sitting around after I called the front desk to tell them I spilled milk in the elevator and an hr later when we left, we told them it was still there, and the girl at the front desk said we’ll get it and then there were three of them that just sat there. The room has cupboards, a dishwasher, and refrigerator, but no dishes, drawers for silverware, but no silverware. The water was hot on both sides. There was a stench in the elevator and the 4th floor. We didn’t sign up for that. We were very disappointed because we stayed there 2 times before and it wasn’t too bad. But the breakfast was a joke. Okay for Motel 6 maybe but Wyndham?"

"Never had a worse experience at a hotel. The smells in the elevator, hallways, and rooms are overwhelming. You have to ask the front desk for everything a hotel usually has in the rooms (hangers, blow dryer, iron, etc). No curtains on the windows so rooms get really light when the sun comes up. Dogs are barking on all floors at all hours of the night (got woken up at midnight by a barking dog). Worst aspect of all is the noise from neighbors all around. I hardly slept in 4 nights due to the guests above me making an absolute racket until 4 or 5am every night. It sounded like they were pushing furniture around ALL NIGHT LONG. After two nights I asked the front desk to move me to a different room and was told my request could not be accommodated. I asked two times after this for the front desk to please tell the upstairs guests to be quiet, but it made no difference. I found someplace else to stay for my last night."

"The staff was great. The hotel ran out of bottled water which I did not like. Breakfast was great. The room was pretty good. The furniture was not that clean though. Not sure how often the couch and Ottoman are shampooed. It was better in a room I had before. The location is great if you are visiting people in Daybreak. I will stay there again because overall it still works for me."

"This place was amazing!! When we first got there the lock was a little tricky or I was just tired, I did send the host a message that we could not get in but other than that everything was perfect. The rooms were big and the beds were amazing. The kitchen has just about everything you need, just no air fryer. It was clean, plenty of towels, and extra blankets. Would definitely book this location again!! This was my first Vrbo experience and it was awesome. Thank you again."

"Initial drive approaching home was rough a little; house is tightly tucked. Into the end of curve, yard was overgrown severely! So all the couples were like, where are we.. lol? The inside is awesome, big and.spacious, very clean! All our team sleep really well, beds are comfortable. We never cooked or used hot tub ( no time to really … John was very attentive and quick on replies! Honestly, the curb appeal was not there … the neighborhood was tight, but the house itself was awesome! Quickly, if attending salt palace event you may want to stay on the other side of the city as traffic at times was horrible! Overall the house is very nice and worth it for big parties. I wish we could have stayed and hit some trails but we will return next year!"
