You reach the generous garden by the water through the French doors in the living room. The garden has a furnished patio, where you can enjoy a meal with a view of the water. Moreover, you have a private jetty at your disposal for your sloop. You can sail straight to Lake IJssel from the water by your holiday home!

On the ground floor there is one bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and washbasin. Additionally, there is a separate toilet on the ground floor.
