Booked a room with a king and queen bed. When arrived in the evening they gave me a queen and queen. When asked what happened to my booking they said 3rd party apps like Expedia often get room availabilty wrong. Room was gross, wierd stains on seat, tv glitches and damaged, lamp shade damage, outlets don't work, doors missing handles, disgusting.... Too late to get my money back. I feel Expedia and this hotel has let me down and I would not recommend staying there.
