Parque Oregón: Tours y Actividades

Nice place! Friendly staff

One of the staircase leading to the porch on the Xenia Ave side is starting to rot. I a member of the "broken pane" school, meaning that stair railing should be fixed asap. It suggests that the rest of the property is not up to snuff.

The staff was pleasant, but the bed was very uncomfortable, and its cleanliness was concerning. There were visible spots on the side of the bed, and the bedding appeared worn, with filling that had become uneven and bunched up from repeated washing. Both the mattress and bedding need to be replaced. I also experienced itching throughout my stay. I cannot say what caused it or whether bedbugs were involved, but it added to my discomfort. The room itself was okay. Although the hotel is older, that did not bother me. My main concern was having a clean, comfortable bed. The elevators also need attention. One was out of service, and the door on the working elevator began closing before I could finish exiting, which raised a safety concern. Replacing the beds and bedding and servicing the elevators would greatly improve the guest experience.
