INACCURATE VRBO LISTING

This was one of the poorest VRBO listings we ever stayed in. There was only 2 bath towels which we used for beach towels, 2 hand towels and 1 large bath towel. No facecloths, no dish liquid, 1 dish towel, l roll of toilet paper, no garbage bags, no garbage can in the bathroom, 2 separate sinks in the bathroom, one we couldn’t even use as the tap leaked even when not in use. The TV didn’t work, no adaptors for the plug-ins and these issues weren’t looked after until the second day into our stay there and we had to call the owner what was the delay and he apologized and said he had a headache. When he finally showed up he brought the toilet paper, an adapter and got the TV working. He never did return again with any of the other things we required.

Bonjour, Nous avions fait une rĂ©servation au Mont Vernon pour la location d'un studio n°4316. Le descriptif de cette location Ă©tait trĂšs succinct sans prĂ©cision concernant l'Ă©quipement du logement. Il y avait trĂšs peu de photo de l'intĂ©rieur. De ce fait pour avoir les coordonnĂ©es de cet hĂŽte j'ai dĂ» rĂ©glĂ© l'intĂ©gralitĂ© soit 1854€ car l'hĂŽte ne donnait pas de suite Ă  vos messages et aux miens. Je vous avais Ă©galement contactĂ© Ă  plusieurs reprises. AprĂšs plusieurs essais tĂ©lĂ©phoniques l'hĂŽte m'a confirmĂ© qu'il nous changerai de n° d'appartement (4318) compte tenu de notre desiderata d'avoir un lave linge en Ă©quipement. A notre arrivĂ© quelle dĂ©ception !! Rien ne correspondait au descriptif. Voici mes problĂšmes : -pas de four traditionnel -pas de four micro onde -pas de grille pain -fer Ă  repasser cassĂ© -pas de poĂ«le -presque pas de couvert -grosse fuite du chauffe eau qui malgrĂ© mes appels tĂ©lĂ©phoniques n'a pas Ă©tĂ© rĂ©parĂ©. ObligĂ© de mettre un rĂ©cipient que l'on devait vidĂ© 2 Ă  3 fois par jour -baie vitrĂ©e qui ne fermait pas -volet qui ne fermait pas non plus d'oĂč aucune sĂ©curitĂ© -prise Ă©lectrique sans cache -lumiĂšre qui pendait au bout d'un fil -mĂ©nage non fait -tĂ©lĂ©vision sans accĂšs aux programme. Devant cette location non conforme Ă  votre description sur votre site, je vous demande donc le remboursement total ou partiel pour gommer cette tromperie et notre dĂ©ception.
