The second bedroom has twin single beds, one bedside cabinets, a built-in wardrobe and a ceiling fan. The family bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, toilet, and sink. Both bedrooms are equipped with bed linen and towels adequate for the season. The private terrace Is located in front of the apartment where there is a lovely hanging chair and a wooden L-shaped outdoor sofa with a coffee table perfect for relaxing after a long day. The terrace overlooks the tiled communal area. Both communal pools are gated and have tiled and grass surroundings.

The Neighborhood: Local bars and restaurants are only a 10 minute walk away and the nearest supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. The nearest beach is 8 minute drive away, due to its ideal location you are surrounded by several blue flag beaches and golf courses. There is one of the largest shopping malls in Europe a 10 minute drive away - Zenia Boulevard . Where there are shops, bars & restaurents, bowling alley, casino and supermarket. In Torrevieja, there is a lovely promandae to walk along with bars and restaurants, night market in summer season and water park. There is also a cinema with both spanish and english films, close by to a bowling alley. There is a local bus route which travels around the Orihuela Costa.
