The Space:

Sleeping arrangements

The condo offers three generous bedrooms. The first bedroom features a king-sized bed, perfect for a restful night. The second bedroom also provides a king-sized bed, ensuring ample space for couples or friends. The third bedroom is arranged with two full-sized beds, comfortably accommodating four guests. Two well‑appointed bathrooms serve the household.



Outdoor living

Step onto your private balcony and take in the lush view of the golf course. The space is ideal for a quiet morning coffee, an evening glass of wine, or simply watching the sunset after a day of adventure. A shared pool nearby adds a refreshing option for warm afternoons.



Kitchen & dining

A fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, pots, pans, and basic cooking essentials, giving you the freedom to prepare anything from a quick snack to a family dinner. The dining table seats four, creating a welcoming spot for meals and conversation.



Living space & amenities

The open living area provides plenty of room to stretch out, with central air and ceiling fans to keep you comfortable. A free washer and dryer let you refresh clothing at your leisure, and a dedicated workspace with reliable Wi‑Fi supports any remote work needs. The condo is pet‑friendly, so your furry companion can join the vacation.



Location & attractions

Nestled in the desirable Reunion area of Kissimmee, the condo sits just 8 miles from Magic Kingdom, with SeaWorld and Universal Studios a short drive away at 15 miles and 20 miles respectively. Easy access to these world‑class parks means you’re never far from the excitement.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the parking lot.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability!
