Just south of us are all the college park restaurants, entertainment, and historic neighborhoods.

The 1100 sqft space includes:

⭐ Living Room has a wifi TV equipped with Roku so you can login/stream from your favorite services. The couch serves as an optional futon to sleep 🛏️ an additional 1-2 guest.

🍽️ - Bar top for dinning as well as folding TV dinner tables in the closet.

👨‍🍳 - Kitchen fully stocked including coffee maker, coffee microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator

💆‍♂️💆‍♀️ - Master bedroom: Queen bed, dresser and 55" roku enabled TV.

🌴 - Bedroom 2: The Palm Room with double bed and plenty of lighting, ensuite bathroom and shower plus 55" roku TV. Also has a dedicated work space

🛌 🛌 - Bedroom 3: The Quad with 2 sets of bunk beds, sleeps 5.

🪑- Backyard: Small private fenced in backyard.

🚪- Porch entry way with no steps and has some privacy as it is fully fenced in. No ramp access. ♿
