Renovated Waterfront 3Bd/2B Home 20min to Disney, Universal and Shops

We purchased this in late June 2019 and finished 2nd round of updates with renovations in late 2019 and 3rd round of renovations in 2024, new bathroom counters, sinks and faucets and pool renovation in Oct 2024. It has newer flooring and new carpet in all bedrooms, high end stainless steel appliances, newer light fixtures and fans, bedding, fresh paint, with theme decor in 2 of the bedrooms (Finding Nemo/Dory in kids room and a Star Wars themed room and updated the garage with a super hero theme game room. Updated master (mattress, bedding and fixtures) family room area, all bedrooms have updated TVs and each room has Roku TV with Spectrum stream service with Netflix and other streaming capabilities. The formal living room has a sofa bed. Dining room has a beautiful large table that seats 8. The kitchen has a table that seats 6. Kitchen breakfast bar has 4 barstools.
The house has FREE Wi-Fi/internet. The pool can be heated for an additional fee and it will be included in quoted price but can be removed for warmer months if you don't want it. Don't forget this villa is on a lovely lake in the quite development of Eagle Pointe. It's just 15 minutes to Disney parks and 20-30 min from Universal and Sea World. There is also a small amusement park called “ Old Town” with shops just miles away for those days you don't want to spend an entire day at the big parks. We are 5 minutes from a Super Walmart, Perkins, and tons of other restaurants and stores , which makes this an ideal location to stay at. Keep in mind that staying on the lake has it perks. You'll have a beautiful view with no houses behind you and lots of wildlife to enjoy like the ducks and birds! The pool has privacy from neighbors as each side has a white PVC fence but opens up to the beautiful lake view. Also you can fish as the lake is full of fish.
This is our second home in this area and our first has no renter complaints about the house or location so we decided get another one. The house and property were excellent. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool and relaxing view from the screened lanaiWe were not there for Disney, which is pretty much the entire area but found some nice hiking areas and historic sites to visit.We had no problems but communication with the owner was easy.

Privacy, pool and comfort level all excellent.Sunshine all day in screened in area, not right next to the house but most of patio and all of pool is sunny. Alcove with table and chairs is shaded, so it's a perfect balance.

This home is beautiful and very spacious. You can’t go wrong with this vacation home. I am very picky about cleanliness and I was very pleased when I arrived. Bill was very attentive to our needs and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is in a great location close to all the parks. House is clean and in a very safe neighborhood. Bill is an awesome host. Very responsive when you have a question or problem. This was our third time staying at this property. We are already looking forward to staying there again.

We enjoyed the house, kids loved the decorated rooms and of course loved the pool. Nice area to stay in. Bill was very responsive when we needed to communicate. Also gave us a lot of ideas on where to go and what do around the area. Definitely would stay here again.

Birthday trip for my niece

It had an awesome location with a good amount of space for our party.The board games in the kid's bedroom were a bonus! However, we did book this place based on the heated pool which wasn't turned on when we arrived. So a few days wait to use.

Great start to our vacation

We had a wonderful stay. This was our first time staying in a VRBO and it was a great choice. House was beautiful just like the photos show. Loved the pool and the game room. The check in was super easy and the communication with the host was super fast. I wish we would have stayed longer. We travel to the Kissimmee area every year and can not wait to stay again.

Great location for Disney stay

Had the pleasure of staying here for a quick weekend Disney trip. The house is located close with about 20 mins of the parks and relatively close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Easy check-In/ check-out processes. We didn’t take advantage of the pool this time, but glad to have it available to us! We'd definititely consider staying here again on a future trip.

House is exactly as pictured. We were a family of 9 celebrating my bday. We had plentybof space to lounge around. Pool was amazing. We relaxed outside every day. Bill was great with communication. Will definitely recommend and stay here again. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels.

Beautiful Home

The house was in a perfect location, very quite and very clean. Close by to a Walmart to get groceries upon our arrival. The only thing was we didn't include tp, and there was none to refill when the bathroom ran out. We understood why it is not left out, but extra roll in each bathroom would have been nice. Pool was a little chilly for us to use, but the grandkids love it anyways. We would stay again!
