"This place! Amazing! Location, cleanliness, space, amenities. We were a family of eight adults and three children 2 years old and under with lots of paraphernalia! Plentiful storage space in cabinetry, closets and built in shelving gave us room to spread out without feeling cramped.Morning coffee on the front porch, tanning on the upper deck, a quiet respite in the comfy basement. Days at the beach, which is a two minute walk away, were delightful using the on site chairs, umbrellas, and plentiful beach towels, plus float and sand toys. Don’t miss the breezeway shower.Fenced backyard with grill and fire pit offered an oasis of safety and fun for the littles and family meals. Well equipped kitchen made meal prep seamless and the large table provided space for eating and lots of card games. Karen and Nick were great hosts who responded quickly to questions and provided helpful information during the process."

"The house was very nice and clean. Plenty of dishes, glasses, and pots and pans - they were a little old but serviceable. The neighborhood was very quiet except for the main road close by. Plenty of grocery stores within a few miles to pick up whatever you need. The beach was a few minutes walk away and nobody was there. Plenty of golf courses within a half hour of the house. The only negative I have is that the tub gets very slippery with the body wash they provide. There is poison ivy in the back of the property."

"Our long weekend at Mike & Mari's condo was so restful and pleasant. It's location just outside of town was delightful to us, and we loved that it was literally just steps away from the beach - which was large, beautifully sandy, and well-tended. The condo has an abundance of natural light with all the windows and sliders, there's lots of seating, it was clean and welcoming with its fresh and pleasing decor, and Mike & Mari have provided an abundance of amenities. Plenty of bath towels, a well-stocked kitchen, a shelf of puzzles & games, a huge storage box of beach/water toys, fans and nightlights in every room, excellent indoor lighting, and on and on. I loved that there were brackets of hooks everywhere! So helpful when you've got a family's worth of beach towels and suits and hats to hang every day.Do not be taken aback when you pull in to the resort. On the outside it may look like you're stepping back in time, but the inside of this condo could not be more fresh and comfy! Just like the photos show. We and our four kids had such a happy time there. It's a wonderful place to stay, and we've already talked to our extended family about doing a together vacation there in the near future. Highly recommend."
