It was a great experience staying in a unique trulli home! It was comfortable and fully eqipped with whatever we needed! Our host was incredibly welcoming and stayed in touch with us throughout our stay to ensure our every need was met! He went above and beyond at every turn - truly the hostess with the mostest! Dont hesitate to stay at this lovely property!

Fabulous stay in Ostuni

We were 3 couples and stayed for one week. We had a fantastic time.. Will was an amazing host.. went above and beyond the call of duty. His property Le Rose was just want we wanted. Great location.. not walking distance but easy drives to Ostuni and beyond. Would highly recommend.

Super relaxing holiday

This Trulli is a special place to stay with everything provided for all ages. We especially liked the outside space for eating and cooking with essential shade. Fabulous pizza oven and BBQ. Lovely pool. Inside is spacious, bedrooms are too with amazingly comfortable beds. All the facilities needed for cooking inside and out. Will the host is a genuinely great guy who will without any hestitation help with anything he can.

Fantastic holiday!

Le Rose is a great residence to stay! it has everything you need (double dishwasher, double laundry machine, pizza oven, BBQ, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a great swimming pool! Host Will is fantastic! He spoiled us more than necessary as a host, has great tips what to visit en where to eat and suprised us with cold wine and beer in the fridge when we arrived and showed us around in Ostuni. We had a magnificent stay! You need a car to get to the accommodation, because the trullo is between Ostuni and Carovigno, but if you want to see the region you will need a car anyway. So, don't hesitate: book and visit Le Rose and the fantastic host Will!

Just Perfect

From the moment I first had contact with Will he was really helpful going above and beyond in every way. He recommended lots of eateries, cocktail bars, late sunset bar and has been the perfect host. The property suited us down to the ground and accommodated all our needs. I would have no hesitation in recommending a stay at Will’s place. The perfect place to make unforgettable memories with your loved ones.

We enjoyed the space that's been very well designed for large groups. The pool and tranquil surroundings. Nestled between the stunning town of Ostuni and the Blue Flag beaches, this location offers the perfect blend of both worlds. The charming old town of Ostuni is absolutely magical, and we couldn't get enough of Will's recommendations for the best spots to explore and enjoy. Spending evenings strolling through the narrow, cobbled streets of the historic town, enjoying the seafood, pizza and pastas with a glass or two of wine was a dream but cocktails at Gipas was our favorite recommendation. The facilities at Le Rose are exceptional, allowing us to take full advantage of the incredible Puglian produce. We particularly loved how seamlessly the indoor and outdoor spaces flowed together, making it effortless to prepare and enjoy delightful alfresco meals for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The bedrooms and bathrooms are generously sized, finished to a high standard, and thoughtfully spread out across the property to ensure ample space and privacy for everyone.

Villa Le Rose. Marvellous. Already coming back in June!

We had a great time at Le Rose and we will be returning. It is nearly all newly built in traditional “trullo” style, and is spacious, comfortable and conveniently located between Carovigno and Ostuni. We loved the bedrooms, kitchen and living areas and the bathrooms are fab. There is office quality wi-fi in each room for those of us who have some work to do too; it makes it easy.  The outside spaces are versatile with outdoor kitchen close by the pool. Le Rose is set in the midst of a beautiful and very quiet olive grove. The sauna is a bonus, very relaxing!  Will helped us settle in quickly and made some great recommendations for restaurants and where to go out etc. Ostuni really is the “Jewel of Puglia” (and Osteria Tempo Perso restaurant was superb) We also visited other outstanding villages and hilltop towns including Carovigno, (where we had wonderful meals at La Cantina and Casa Mia), Cisternino, Locorotondo, Ceglie Messapica and Torre Santa Sabina to mention a few.

Perfect Villa for a group holiday

I chose this villa primarily for the outside kitchen, it really did not disappoint, it has everything you could possibly need to entertain outside. The pizza oven was fantastic and we cooked many things other than pizza, roast chicken and potatoes to name a few. The outside sinks were a great addition as we could prepare food without missing out on the fun everyone was having. No one was stuck inside doing food prep. The host, Will, was amazing, from the initial contact he was always on hand to assist with anything we needed to know. He made sure we had everything, inc extra wood for the bbq and pizza oven along with directions and suggestions of places to visit. The inside of the villa was extremely comfortable, the air con was superb and the place was spotless. The kitchen was very well equipped, we never ran out of crockery or cutlery even when having two dishwashers on the go. The pool was a great temperature and a good size, plenty of room for us all to relax and swim at the same time. I cannot recommend this villa enough, especially if you love cooking, the local supermarkets have a great selection of fresh produce, we ate and drank like Kings for half the price it would have cost in the UK. The beaches are only 20 mins away and there were so many to choose from. Ostuni is beautiful and Will also took time out to give us a personal tour which was fabulous. Thank you Will we had the best time and very special family memories.

Authentic villa

We had a fantastic 5 days at Le Rose villa. The property has been kept in a traditional manner but with a modern twist. All the bathrooms are new and some with the Trulli style ceilings. All rooms are air conditioned although we didn’t need them as the house was cool. The kitchen has everything you require with 2 dishwashers, and very well equipped. The outside area was used the most by us for eating and chilling. We used the pizza oven which was great the whole area is very spacious. The pool area has plenty of shade from the surrounding olive trees and the pool was a good temperature. Will is THE perfect host. He bought in all our shopping for our arrival including the dough for our pizzas, helped us build the fire in the pizza oven and most of all was only a phone call away. Nothing was too much. Ostuni was beautiful, Will booked us a table at a lovely restaurant with sea views. We had a beach day in Santa Sabina where the sea was crystal clear and great for snorkelling. We also did a wine and olive oil tasting at L’Essenza de Puglia, which was really lovely, Set in the olive grove. The wine was superb as was the Olive oil, would definitely recommend, you need to book. We would recommend staying at Le Rose and would love to return for another visit. Thank you Will

Premier séjour magnifique dans les Pouilles

Merveilleux séjour !

Will a été un hôte hyper accueillant et très prévenant. La maison est très agréable, au calme, spacieuse et bien équipée pour 9 personnes comme nous (2 familles). L'extérieur est parfait pour les enfants avec piscine, ping-pong, pétanque, basket...La situation à côté d'Ostuni est idéale pour visiter Les Pouilles.

Wunderschöne Woche in Le Rose

Das Haus und vor allem Will als Gastgeber haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Le Rose ist kein Ferienhaus sondern ein liebevoll gebautes Trulli-Haus mit vielen wunderschönen Details. Die 4 Bäder sind alle ganz toll, jedes Schlafzimmer mit einem anderen Holz designed, die Betten bequem. Der Pool und die Outdoor-Küche mit Sitzecke ein Traum. Es gibt 2 Geschirrspüler, überall Klimaanlagen, einen großen Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster, einfach volle Ausstattung. Auch Seife Spülmittel, Klopapier, Handtücher, Geschirr und Kaffeetabs sind einfach da. Will war jederzeit erreichbar und mit einem Tipp zur Stelle. Alles ist total unkompliziert und auf Urlaubserholung ausgerichtet. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen und können Le Rose nur empfehlen. Verschiedene Strände sind in gut 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, Ostuni mit großem Markt und toller Altstadt einen Katzensprung entfernt. Trotzdem hat man ein riesiges Grundstück und ist völlig für sich. Man kann mit Le Rose einfach nichts falsch machen.

Das Haus war wie beschrieben, Kinder haben das Pool sehr genossen. Ostuni ist sehr interessant und abends immer was los. Einzigster Minus Punkt, wir mussten immer das Auto nutzen um einzukaufen, in die Stadt gehen usw. Strand 20-25 Min mit dem Auto entfernt. Will ist sehr freundlich und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Haus ist empfehlungswert sowie der Gastgeber

Perfect Family Holiday

Le Rose really was the perfect choice for our family holiday. It’s a beautiful, traditional style villa equipped with everything we needed and was spacious enough for our teenagers to have their own space and their own king size room and bathroom but still come together as a family around the pool and outdoor entertainment area. We actually cooked in the villa more than we’d planned because the outdoor area was so lovely with the twinkly fairy lights and the local produce was so fresh and flavoursome. My son loved the basketball hoop, archery set and had a vigorous competition with his Dad every day at the villa’s outdoor ping pong table. It’s an ideal location if you’re planning on visiting the beautiful towns and coast in easy reach by car. We visited Matera, Alberobello, Polignano a Mare, Locorotondo, Martina Franco, Ceglie Messipica and Brindisi as well as the close by towns of Caravigno and the stunning Ostuni. Caravigno is close enough to cycle to and pick up fresh bread from the bakery in the morning which did on a couple of occasions. Will really is a super host and his friendliness, generosity and knowledge all contributed to our experience at Le Rose. He gave us some really good suggestions for places to visit and restaurants to eat at and went to the trouble of sending us pins on Google maps to make it easy for us. He genuinely wanted us to have an amazing holiday and we are so grateful for his help.

Good break

The house was prepared with basic foodstuffs before we arrived. Even beer! The beds were comfortable. The house is well equipped. Decent size pool. The owner provided us with a wide range of helpful advice via WhatsApp as to where we should visit and eat. Both Ostuni and Carovigno were close at hand. We managed to visit both Lecce and Matera, both were well worthwhile. The coast is not far at all (but it was too early in the season for sea swimming). Our party comprised four retired adults. But it should suit a large family group just as well.
