"It was indeed an awesome view. The hosts are really friendly. It has a separate entrance which is nice. Walking distance to downtown if you don't have a car, but if you do there is a place to park. It is built on a hill in front of the ocean, and requires walking down a flight of stairs each time you come and go. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck just taking in the scenery and sounds. "

"Older hotel adjacent (within walking distance) to Kodiak Airport, staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean if slightly dated. Breakfast bar was basic but edible. No complaints. Thank you."

"This was the exact vacation rental that I was looking for. Looking over the channel, watching the seals and listening to the buoy bell ring as the ships went by created a serene and relaxing atmosphere with our morning coffee. Thank you for being so accommodating with my early arrival. Wendy was excellent in extending her willingness to help us with anything that we needed during our stay. This Inn was the perfect location to town, the farmer's market, any other excursions that we had planned, and made for a great place to unwind after a fun filled day. I really feel that I got lucky finding this property! It was Amazing and just what I needed!"

"Another beautiful property with views and easy access to float plane launch, stores (Safeway & Walmart), and "downtown" which on Kodiak Island is very quaint House is about one mile from harbor, where there is a minimal, brewery, Nuniaq (breakfast/lunch), Henry's, Aquamarine restaurant (side-by-side), bank, info center, all near harbor and easy walking distance. Property, was roomy, clean, and allowed for parking on or off street. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, and the owners were easy to communicate with. Great stay!"
