King & Queen beds, a private gym (rower, treadmill, weights), Standing Desk & Herman Miller chair, 4 pickleball paddles, weighted blanket (15lb), and a fully equipped kitchen with reverse osmosis water at sink and fridge. Relax with a towel warmer, small deck shaded with an umbrella. Security with a unique entry code. Comfort of a laundry chute, and full washer/dryer. Right across from a park with a kids’ playground, picnic area, board games, basketball court—and of course, we provide a ball!

• Please leave used towels hanging. Don't make the beds or gather the sheets, we'll take care of that ;) • Make sure to leave garage opener where you found it. • Return patio stuff to bin.
• Small trash cans on the kitchen’s big can, don’t remove that bag. Extra full bags, trash them on the bin outside the house (east side) • Let us know if there's anything missing or if it ran out!
• Please turn all lights and fans off. Leave outdoor lights and living room lamp timer on. Leave front blinds semi closed (plants need light).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
