Carpe Diem is getting a makeover ... we will be happy to welcome you in October.

Carpe Diem, magnificent villa located on the heights of Oyster Pond at Dawn Beach, splendid sea view, facing the marina and Saint Barth. It is located on the Dutch side, on the border with the French side.
Spacious and luxurious, very well ventilated, it is ideally placed on a hill, not overlooked, in a very quiet area, close to all amenities, restaurants and beaches. A 5 minute walk from Dawn Beach, 10 minutes by car from the large Orient Bay beach and 15 minutes from Grand Case where you will find all the French and local gastronomy.

The villa is composed of a spacious living room, a dining room, an equipped kitchen, 3 independent comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms and WC and 1 laundry room.

The house is placed in a 2,500 m2 wooded setting where you will find the swimming pool and a covered terrace for meals.
