It was my first time staying at the Cosmo, and it was everything I expected it to be! Everyone was so sweet to the valet, concierge and to the pool attendants. We had such a great view of the fountain and got to enjoy the show from the terrace.
The pool section and show O was fantastic. The security was great and the luxury was superb.
location on the strip! Buffet was good and very reasonable. Beautiful view of the strip from our window. Liked being able to check out on my tv!
The hotel was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed on the resort side, the room was nice and spacious.
Check in was a breeze the room was great with a good view. The buffet was ok. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. I honestly do not have any complaint. Would definitely be visiting again.
They seem to have updated the manor a bit now that they added the mini waterpark next door.
Well my trip was just for a one night stay from Friday into Saturday, but it was nice. I was actually allowed to check-in early for no extra charge. The only thing I didn’t like would have to be the concierge staff trying to sell me extended trips, show tickets, etc. Just things I wasn’t interested ...
I liked room sizes in particular !!! Also service was great including pools !!!
Loved the kiosk for check in/check out. Very convenient and quick to use. Loved how it had "an upgrade your room" button on there as well. Very comfortable bed and awesome view of Las Vegas. Highly recommended the flamingo, this is our 2nd stay at this location and wont be our last.
