“Probably the nicest, most beautiful, impressive hotel property in Pakse. The breakfast was great, with lots of choices every morning. And the pool area is beautiful, though needs more lounge chairs (there are only 6!... and they don't face the sun). More lounge chairs could be put on the opposite side of the pool to accommodate more hotel guests. Overall, the staff were very friendly, hard-working and helpful. The only reason I can't give this hotel a 5-star rating is because my room wasn't……

“The front desk at the hotel was rude and had a bad attitude and tried to make me work to contact Expedia customer service to get my funds out of Expedia, even though I paid in full via Hotels.com. The hotel itself was in a quiet location and the rooms were well kept and cleaned. If you expect good hotel service, I would recommend other hotels.”

“This place is great for relaxing in Pakse! The lady who runs this place, Ngoc, is a great host and speaks excellent English! You are truly well looked after at this resort and they can keep your luggage stored whilst going on the Bolaven Plateau Loop! We arrived very early in the morning from Vientiane on the night bus, and we were so glad when Ngoc advised us via email that she would make our room ready (with no extra charge) for a 7am check in. This was heaven as it meant we could continue……
