Wake up, step outside for morning views of the beautiful San Jacinto mountains, and spend your day lounging by the pool. Original artwork and tasteful design give this house the feel of a personal retreat. The modern upgrades blended with original details make it the perfect Palm Springs mid-century getaway.

The yard offers tranquility and relaxation in a lovely setting. A beautiful pool is surrounded by tall palm trees, gorgeous mountain views and is very private. Additional outdoor amenities are a BBQ grill and several seating areas, including one with a fire pit. Located in the famous Movie Colony, you are within walking distance from downtown Palm Springs, where you will discover downtown shopping, Ruth Hardy Park, art galleries, the Palm Springs Art Museum, and many fine restaurants. A serene and beautiful place in the desert awaits you, only 5 minutes by taxi from the airport.
