The in-ground pool and spa are surrounded by comfortable chaise lounges - providing that resort-style experience. There's also a fire pit lounge area, an outdoor bar, alfresco dining, and a BBQ grill - everything has been carefully space-planned for entertaining.

Gorgeous in its simplicity, you'll find clean lines, an open concept floor plan and spectacular walls of glass that let the light pour in and reveal the fabulous sun-drenched pool yard. The living room, dining area and kitchen are all open to each other - providing enough space for your entire group to gather, relax and enjoy. Everything has been reimagined for the way we live today with high speed internet, 4 flatscreen TVs, a gas fireplace, and upgraded heating and cooling systems. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All of the bedrooms feature comfortable hotel-quality mattresses, ample storage, and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom offers a King bed, an en suite bath, and direct access to the pool yard. The two guest rooms have Queen beds and share easy access to the bathroom in the hallway.
THE LOCATION
Sunrise Park is centrally located in the City of Palm Springs. It's close to the airport (but not in the flight pattern) and less than a mile and a half from bustling Downtown. Restaurants, night spots, burger joints, sandwich shops, and grocery stores are all just a short drive away. Ruth Hardy Park, The Palm Springs Dog Park, two multiplex movie theaters, the casino, and the convention center are all also close by.
