Water to picnic and beach area was off for "maintenance" be prepared and bring your own.

Good place for a picnic and a hike on the beach.The hike at the end of the camp ground takes you over old dunes, pretty forest, a fen/bog, and along a creek. Lots of wildflowers were in bloom when we hiked in early July. This was among the favorite places on our trip.
