“Unsafe, dirty, and misrepresented. Disgusted and cancelled on the spot. We booked a same day stay in the afternoon for a 7pm check in, but we felt so uncomfortable and disgusted that we refused to stay. The property advertises valet parking but there was absolutely NO ONE on site when we arrived. The office door was locked , and the buzzer looked broken. Looking through the window while waiting for a response, the floor was cracked and dirty, with random items like tires, gas jug, and hand……

“This was a nice clean room with friendly staff and under ground parking. The motel included other amenities like a restaurant and laser tag. There was a large mall across the street. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked with good variety. Would stay there again.”

“The beds are just awful! Not only are they comparable to sleeping on a concrete slab but from the decades of people sitting on the edge of the bed the sag makes you feel like you’re about to roll out of them onto the floor! The pillows are also disappointing.. had a sore neck during my stay from them. Zero support for my neck. The main reason we were staying here is because of the pools… well the kiddie pool was taped off and shut down as were the 2 hot tubs! And it will take 3 weeks till they……
