“All 5 bathrooms were overflowing? Poor plumbing issues never addressed, rooms smells bad. The sad thing is that it’s known to the owners and all they can say is sorry. Unacceptable! Take it out of the rental market, fix the issue! Money grab!”

“Cleanliness Needs Major Improvement
It would have been a much better experience if we had not been greeted by cockroaches when we checked in. Unfortunately, the place appears to have a serious cockroach infestation and needs a very thorough cleaning and pest treatment.
The only consolation was the excellent communication and customer service. The staff were responsive, accommodating, and pleasant to deal with, which we really appreciated.
However, overall, the property needs significant……
