“A Terrible Experience I had an incredibly disappointing stay at Harness Resort, which I booked through Expedia for two nights in their top-tier Deluxe Suite. From the moment we arrived, the service was terrible. The resort staff didn’t even know we had booked the Deluxe Suite. The manager had to make a call to confirm our reservation instead of welcoming us properly. The receptionist gave us an unwelcome look, making us feel like we didn’t belong, despite paying for the best room. The resort……

“未知很偏，到市区的路及其难走，满是尘土，非常颠簸。打车都不愿意去的地方。酒店服务很差，订的是套房加床，结果是标间加床，很拥挤，房间毫无特色，像国内的七天快捷标准。而且反复交涉之后也不愿意给换房间。总之很失望！建议大家不要选择这家酒店。”

“Nice view and the room is spacious and clean, service is good and staff is also very helpful. Willing to stay here next time in Pokhara But if you want to go to Main Street, there is just a little bit inconvenient”

“我訂是湖景房，由於安排在下面最低一層，只看到一丁點湖景，根本不應該說是湖景房，另外半夜一點外面有男人大叫，被嘈醒，另外一朝早7:30開始，有拖拉鐵皮的聲音，有工程，根本不能睡，太嘈吵了，但職員很好，我需要兩張床，我訂的是小型套房只有一張大床，酒店也願意免費幫我加一張床，值得稱讚，亦有免費接駁車出機場，值得一讚，但早餐款式太少，及很多人可能是31/12”
