Unreliable access forced me to move to a hotelI booked a two-week stay, but on Saturday night the electronic entry system failed, leaving me unable to access the property independently. There was no backup physical key available, and I had to rely on a neighbor to let me into the building.I contacted support and ultimately moved to a hotel. This meant unexpected expenses, moving my luggage, and spending part of my vacation dealing with accommodation problems.The host later told me the access issue had been fixed and asked me to return, but after that experience, I no longer felt comfortable relying on the entry system. I stayed in a hotel for the remainder of my trip.Reliable access is a basic expectation of any accommodation. An electronic system needs a dependable backup when it fails. Based on my experience, I would not book this property again.
