“Arrived and the lady at the desk was annoyed I was even there. Got to the room and it was 81 degrees in there and smelt so musty. Went to turn on a/c and was caked in dust. Floors were visibly filthy, toilet seat cracked and a dirty hand towel was hanging next to the sink.”

“My wife and I are traveling and found your hotel to be one of the best where we stay. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, courteous, and kind. They represented the company well stay there again.”

“When we arrived the room was 90+degrees and took 4 hours to cool off. Also unfortunately the room seemed to have a leak in the ceiling near the window so the ceiling was moldy and even the picture on the wall under it was moldy. I'm not especially sensitive to mold but I can only imagine that everything in the room had mold spores. Also the pillow cases had a yellowish tint to them like the cleaning agent in the wash didn't finish the job or something, me and my wife just put the sheet of the……
