Gather here with your loved ones and enjoy the ambience with a sea view. The cosy taverna with film projector is particularly charming and ideal for film evenings together on the sofa area.



Outside, you will find a covered terrace and a barbecue area with plenty of space for relaxing hours in a peaceful Mediterranean atmosphere. Enjoy the breathtaking sea view from the spacious terrace or relax in the private pool.



The idyllic island of Paman will delight you with its unspoilt beaches and picturesque landscape. In Mrljane, you can swim in the crystal-clear water, take walks along the coast or explore the surrounding bays. The lively city of Zadar, which can be reached by ferry in less than half an hour, is ideal for day trips. A rich gastronomic offer, cultural sights and the famous sea organ sunset await you here.

Das Haus hatte alles was wir brauchten! Eiswürfler, Espressomaschine und die Große Terrasse mit Pool waren die Highlights! Gastgeberin Klaudia und ihre Eltern waren sehr nett, ihr Vater versorgte uns mit frischen Fisch! Das eigene Boot war dann noch die draufgabe! Kleines Minus abseits des Hauses, der Strand unter dem Haus ist nicht sehr groß! Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!
