“The rooms were clean upon arrival, just keep in mind that they do not clean the rooms every day. I arrived on a Thursday night and our rooms didn't get cleaned until Sunday, but when I requested it at the front desk, they cleaned the next day and additional supplies can be requested at any time. The breakfast was good, basic but enough to get the day started. They do replenish often and they have a 24/7 coffee and tea bar which is a plus. We do not speak German but most of the staff there……

“Check in process was not well done, this property is managed by a 4th party so at check in time I had to go through another portal and setup the account and then use multiple cards from various people to get a secondary deposit to be accepted in order to get the lockbox combination. The shower drain was clogged from the start of our stay. No soap in the shower. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for the stay, had to go and buy our own. ”
